PROCESSING OF VEGETABLE PASTE:

This process involves cleaning, sinking, and peeling raw vegetables. This can be done by appropriate washers and peelers for different vegetables.

Firstly, the vegetables are cleaned and crushed into slices for making raw paste depending upon the type of vegetable.

Then, grinding is done for converting raw paste into fine and smooth paste. and we have found an ultimate solution that is a Hindu Multiprocessor for excellent grinding. It works on the principle of shear force. It comprises a rotor-stator mechanism wherein the rotor rotates at a high rpm of about 9,600 rpm while the stator is designed to have finer slots to achieve super fine paste in a single pass which ensures a smooth texture of the paste in lesser time.

At last, the smooth paste so formed is then mixed with other ingredients such as water, spices, herbs and preservatives.
And for super fine mixing and smooth paste Hindu Engineers have Madeline Homogenizers comprised of four stages of rotor and stator concentrically mounted in a housing with decreasing slot size in radially outward direction, which helps in the homogenization and is four times more efficient than a conventional homogenizer as the material passes through four sets of rotor and stator in a single pass.

And then, the vegetable paste so formed is suitable for packaging purposes.
