How does a High-Speed Disperser work?

Disperser range is designed for dispersion or mixing of different rheology behavior exhibiting products and its primary purpose is to incorporate powders into liquid and break down particle agglomerates to produce a fine dispersion.

A Practical Guide to High-Speed Dispersers Machine Works

Running at tip speeds up to around 25 m/s, the open disc blade of the High-Speed Disperser generates vigorous flow and creates a characteristic vortex into which powders or any solid ingredients are added for quick dispersion. This classic mixer can handle product viscosities from 1 cps to up to 50,000 cps.
